By purchasing these items, you are agreeing to the estimated turn around time, 2-4 weeks.  This time frame is an estimate, and not a guarantee of delivery. However I do try to get all my orders out as quickly as possible, and ahead of the estimated shipping date.

Epoxy tumblers should be treated like glass.  While properly cared for, epoxy provides smooth and durable sealant. However, they are not crack proof and should not be treated as such.  I can not be held responsible for any damages caused by dropping or failing to follow care instructions after delivery.  Epoxy Tumblers if handled and treated with care will last a very long time.  To maintain the finish, your personalized tumbler should be hand washed only.  Each tumbler is made by hand so no cup is exactly the same. Due to the fact that these are handmade, not from a company, I do my best to make sure they are as close to 100% perfect as possible. Colors may differ due to computer screen/monitor settings.  Creating these gorgeous tumblers is a multi step process and their are required drying/curing times that are unfortunately out of my control.

Primarily I print on Bella Canvas but due to limited stock in their inventory, Covid, it is possible that I may replace the garment with a similar brand, for example, American Apparel Next Level or Gildan Softstyle.
